Sutton Manor and Sutton Annex are located side by side in the heart of Sutton, Alaska. Each building offers four one-bedroom apartments. Apartments are specifically designed with seniors in mind. Each apartment offers a full size furnished kitchen, the remainder of the apartment is unfurnished so go ahead and bring your favorite furniture, books, treasurers, or anything else important to you. Those residents living in our buildings must meet income guidelines set forth by HUD (US Department of Housing & Urban Development). Rent is affordable and includes all utilities except for telephone and cable television.
