Bear Valley Apartments is a smoke-free, well maintained property. It consists of a main building of 20 one bedroom apartments (720 sq ft) and 10 side-by-side, two bedroom duplexes (768 sq ft). The main building apartments have private balconies, private storage locker, two-car parking, covered walkways, window blinds and a coin-op laundry room. The duplexes have a washer/dryer, private front porch, window blinds and two-car parking. *Tenant pays electricity, TV, phone, and internet. Two pets on approval (30 lbs max in 1 BDRs & 55 lbs max in duplexes with security deposit). Military and Senior discounts available and housing vouchers accepted.
